Ideas now move through conversations, models, documents, repositories, and design tools before they reach a reader. The final page may survive while the sources, decisions, authorship, relationships, and evolution behind it disappear.
SharePlane is built around that gap. It turns AI-assisted thinking into durable, verifiable public work without requiring the reader to understand the machinery that produced it.
The work comes first
A reader should encounter the idea before encountering the platform. SharePlane begins with beautiful, human-readable publications rather than an operational dashboard, repository browser, or wall of governance language.
The shared frame provides identity, navigation, a modern light and dark control, and a trust boundary. The publication remains free to use the visual and editorial language that best serves the work.
The short version is a doorway
SharePlane may offer a thesis, abstract, or executive orientation so a reader can decide where to invest attention. That orientation is not the destination and must not replace the complete argument, architecture, analysis, or narrative.
The platform is designed for serious thinking that rewards sustained attention. Depth does not require needless obscurity, and brevity does not automatically mean shallowness. The standard is whether the work earns and supports its conclusions.
Tony Malott remains visible and accountable
SharePlane is the public library. Tony Malott is the author behind the work. His name, professional context, résumé, and direct contact path remain visible rather than being buried inside a receipt or detached author database.
The reciprocal identity model is simple: malott.ai establishes the person and career record; SharePlane presents the body of thinking.
KISS is an architectural constraint
Keep it simple is not decorative language. Public reading stays static and open. Atom and RSS come before proprietary subscription machinery. Managed authentication comes before custom identity code. Every dependency, validator, and protected route has to justify the failure modes it introduces.
The operating doctrine is straightforward: keep it simple, keep it inspectable, and preserve the receipts.
Verification stays attached
Each publication can carry its sources, provenance posture, typed relationships, receipts, revision identity, and claim boundaries. A reader can read the idea first, then verify the trail when the evidence matters.
This does not prove legal ownership, guarantee originality, or prevent copying. It creates a durable public record of what was published, by whom, from which sources, under which review and revision state.
Architecture can support credibility without hijacking the library
A separate public Architecture Gallery can show publication boundaries, validator behavior, migration modes, receipts, learning loops, and measured outcomes. The goal is to make the system inspectable and demonstrate the architecture without turning every article into an engineering manual.
The portfolio-wide Git control plane remains a separate strategic runtime. SharePlane may explain it later and may be one managed repository, but privileged cross-repository operations do not belong in the public publishing surface.
Open subscription should stay open
Atom is the canonical feed and RSS remains available for compatibility. Readers can follow public work without creating an account, accepting behavioral tracking, or joining another identity system.
A protected Studio route is reserved for future partner and review workflows, but this preview does not pretend that authentication or a private workspace already exists.
Review becomes reusable learning
Human feedback and agent observations can become versioned review receipts, engineering journals, and accepted patterns. Future publications can benefit from lessons already learned instead of forcing the owner to repeat the same judgment indefinitely.
The learning loop remains governed. The system does not claim that a probabilistic model has become autonomous or deterministic. Human authority decides which lessons become durable guidance.
Check the work, not just the conclusion.
Public research, authority, lineage, and author testimony are labeled separately. Sources can corroborate, challenge, or bound the argument; they do not replace Tony Malott's judgment.

The deterministic package contains a self-contained offline article, the exact public-route snapshot, canonical public metadata, receipt, source text when available, plain-text context, claim ledger, source records, and a member-hash manifest.
Sources, authority, and lineage
Each record states the role it plays. Research support and governance provenance are not treated as interchangeable.
